Fulfillment Solutions Inc. started in 2000 in Dallas, Texas to handle the distribution for Stanley Tools. Fulfillment Solutions serves as a direct extension of the manufacturer where products can be monitored, stored, and eventually shipped or self delivered out to the consumer or retail locations.
Over the past several years, manufacturers have tried to position their products forward in the marketplace using public warehousing, installing their own distribution centers or going so far as to place product directly in the hands of their sales representatives. These have proven to be costly (up to 22% of sales) and inefficient.
The onset of new competition coupled with the rising cost of raw materials and the ongoing increases in the cost of distribution and transportation have forced manufacturers and distributors alike to re-examine their overall performance.
As years have gone by we have continued to grow and created a sister company, Online Management Systems. Together FSI and OMS provide a turn key solution for both product fulfillment and e-commerce as well as customer support all under one roof to place products forward in the field.
