Receiving Products and Put-away:

Each carton is received via UPC Bar Code for advanced/customized product tracking. All products are recorded and determined as to cubic size, weight limitations, warehouse bin location and stackability.

Products and Picking:

Order selection is done via state-of-the-art, Radio Frequency Inventory Control Scanners, using FIFO or LIFO methods based on each customer's specification. Each order is identified and prioritized by availability of stock, separation of case-pick versus full-pallet-pick quantities. Additionally, compliance labels and/or UCC 128 labels are prepared to the specifications of the manufacturer.

Storage:

Each product is recorded in inventory and assigned a bin location allowing the maintenance of audit histories and the ability to re-transmit orders at any time. Regular cycle counts are taken to validate inventory quantities, turns and physical presence. Physical inventory counts are provided at month end.

Packaging:

UPS/RPS/FedEX Multiple cartons are combined into single packs in an effort to minimize shipping and handling cost to the customer. Any shrink wrapping, re-labeling, and repackaging are included in the handling charge.

Clerical Order Processing

Each order is entered and processed for FIFO, LIFO, UPC Bar Code, physical count, weight, and bin location for historical records.
